Product Availability

Fees & Pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept various payment methods including EMI options. Pricing varies by jewelry category, materials, and craftsmanship.

Order Changes

Modifications must be requested before order processing. Cancellations after jewelry production begins may incur charges. Custom design requests must be specified at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns may be accepted within 7 days for unworn jewelry in original packaging with all certificates. Custom pieces are non-returnable. Warranty claims allow jewelry servicing without penalty. All requests require proof of purchase.

Product Care

We ensure all jewelry meets quality standards. Lumina Jewels' designs and proprietary collections remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial use of our product images is prohibited.
